One of our great purposes is to contribute to a fairer and healthier planet for everyone. Therefore, knowing that the pollution generated by the transport of goods is one of the major contributors to CO2 emissions...

We decided to join Offset, an app that allows to neutralize CO2 emissions that contribute to climate change. This way you can be (even) more sure that you support an environmentally responsible business that tries to counteract the  impact of products transport.

Offset works with Pachama, an environmental conservation company created to fight the problem of climate change, specifically supporting the Jari Para Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon.

If you are not familiar with the concept of offsetting CO2 emissions, here is a short explanation:

All of us, citizens and businesses, produce carbon dioxide with our existence and daily activities. After measuring these carbon emissions (the so-called carbon footprint), we may want to offset them by investing the necessary resources in projects that reduce carbon emissions.

This mechanism was born in the late 1980s, and although it is not a solution for everything, it does minimize our impact on the planet.





You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable. The return of the products will be at your expense, and they must be in its original packaging.

To make a return, the customer must:

1. Inform us by email (ola@herbes-folles.com) about the return reasons. The order number must be included in the e-mail.
2. Prepare the package containing the products, and send it to the following address:

The return of products is at the customer's expense and risk, except if the product is defective.

Once your return has been processed and validated, we will refund your order.
