Chicory is a plant of the dandelion family with beautiful blue flowers. Its roots contain high contents of inulin, a healthful prebiotic which helps and strengthens our skin microbiota (the microorganisms that live in our skin and are fundamental to its physiology and immunity) and reinforce the skin barrier against external elements such as UV rays and pollution.
